We sell Scandinavian-inspired furniture, including sofas, dining tables, beds, and related furniture pieces. Product descriptions, measurements, materials, and care information are listed on product pages. Wood grain, color, and finish can vary between pieces. These variations are natural and are not defects. We do not claim to be affiliated with any other furniture brand.

3. Prices and Fees

All prices are shown in U.S. dollars. The price shown at checkout is the product price. Shipping is free. We do not add handling fees, return fees, or restocking fees. No hidden fees are added at checkout. The total shown at checkout is the amount you pay for the product and shipping.

4. Orders

We review each order after you place it. We can cancel an order if the item is out of stock, if the price was listed incorrectly, or if payment is not authorized. If we cancel an order, we refund the full amount to the original payment method. We process cancellation refunds within 1–2 business days after cancellation. Your bank or payment provider can take 7–10 business days to post the refund. You can cancel an order before it ships by contacting us with your order number.

5. Payment

We accept Visa, MasterCard, and PayPal. We authorize your payment method when you place an order. We capture the payment when the order is confirmed for shipment. Payment card data is processed by third-party payment providers. We do not store full card numbers on our website.

6. Shipping

We ship to street addresses in the 48 contiguous U.S. states. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, U.S. territories, or international addresses. Processing time is 1–2 business days. Shipping time is 3–5 business days. Total delivery time is 4–7 business days after order confirmation. We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or federal holidays. 7. Returns and Refunds

We offer a 30-calendar-day return window from the delivery date. Returns are free. We do not charge a restocking fee. Contact us to request a Return Authorization (RA) number and return instructions. Do not send an item back without an RA number. For remorse returns, the item must be unused, in original packaging, and include all parts and accessories. For defective or damaged items, we cover return shipping and arrange a replacement, repair, or refund. We process refunds within 1–2 business days after we receive and inspect the return. 8. Furniture-Specific Terms

Large furniture can require appointment scheduling or a two-person delivery team. Provide an accurate phone number and delivery address. Inspect the packaging and item at delivery. Note visible damage on the delivery receipt. Report hidden damage within 30 calendar days of delivery. Damage caused by improper assembly, misuse, or modification is not a defect. Do not assemble an item if you plan to return it. Assembled items do not qualify for remorse returns unless they are defective or damaged on arrival.

9. Website Use

You agree to use the website for lawful purposes. You must not:

  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the website or its systems.
  • Use the website to transmit malware or harmful code.
  • Copy, scrape, or republish website content for commercial use without written permission.
  • Interfere with the website’s operation or security.
  • Submit false information or fraudulent orders.
